Liverpool midfielder Harvey Elliott insists he wants to stay and fight for his place in the team amid speculation over a potential move away.
The 21-year-old hasn’t started a Premier League game since May and miss two months of the current campaign with a broken foot.

It’s down to me to put in the effort, the hard work, the desire, to achieve that. I am not going to give up. I am going to keep fighting and who knows what might happen.
“It’s just friendly conversations: ‘Is there anything I need to show you to get more game time? Is there anything I need to work on specifically?’ We have had those conversations,” Elliott continued, revealing he’s spoken to Slot about what needs to change.
